Canada Skilled Immigration program:

The process of getting Canadian permanent resident is not difficult.
Canada Skilled Immigration point distribution:
Education maximum 25 points
Age points maximum 10 points
Language English maximum16 points
Language French maximum 4 Points
Experience maximum 21 Points
Arranged employment maximum 10 points
Adaptability maximum 10 points
Total points 100
Pass Mark is only 67 points
Age:
21 to 49 years at time of application is 10 (2 points will be deducted each year over 49 or under 21)
Education:
Master's or Ph.D. and at least 17 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies: you get 25 points;
Three years bachelor degree and at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies: you get 22 points;
Trade Diploma or Two years Bachelor degree and 14 years full-time equivalent studies: you get 20 points.

Certified employment:
If you have a Job offer certified be Human Resources Department of Canada, you get 10 points for that, however it is only for high vacancy professions and it is difficult to obtain. If your present employer has business in Canada and they want to transfer you after you get the immigration you will get 10 points. Or, you have a genuine job offer approved by Canadian Human Resources Department received points under you get 10 points;
Work experience:
You must have experience in professional occupations or in technical occupations or in skilled trades or in paraprofessional occupations defined by the Canadian Human Resources Department.
1 year of experience 15 points;
2 years of experience 17 points;
3 years of experience 19 points;
4 years of experience 21 points;

English Language :
If you are fluent read, write and speak you may awarded 16 points. And for French language as a second language you may get other 4 points.
Adaptability: Maximum (10 points)

Spouse education:
Two-year post-secondary education and at least 13 years of education you get 3 points;
Three-year post secondary or university education and at least 15 years of education you get 4 points;
Master's or Ph.D. and at least 17 years of education you get 5 points;
Canadian education:

You or your spouse has post-secondary education of at least two years in Canada since the age of 17 you get 5 points

Canadian work experience:

You or your spouse has at least one year full-time work experience in Canada you get 5 points;

Relative point:
You or your spouse has a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, sister, brother, nephew, niece, child or grandchild who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident living in Canada you get 5 points;

Occupation list:
In Canada most of the occupation are in the occupation list. There is no restricted occupation listed as today.

Principal applicant CDN 550;
A family member of the principal applicant who is 22 years of age or older, or is less than 22 years of age and is a spouse or common-law partner CDN 550;

A family member of the principal applicant who is less than 22 years of age and is not a spouse or common-law partner CDN 150

How long is the process:
The normal processing time Federal Canada immigration is 8 to 12 months. In the first phase of your application you will receive the acknowledgement letter and your file number in about 2 to 3 months. The second phase may require a personal interview which may takes about 4 to 6 months. The next phase could be medical test and police verification, which may take about 2 to 3 months. Once your get your final migration paper your may get 4 to 6 months to migrate in Canada. Some times, the process may linger up to 36 months if an application submitted improperly or the application did not enclosed all the required documents.

Photocopy of birth certificate for each applicant
Photocopy of police certificate for each adult applicants
Photocopy of educational certificate and mark sheets for each adult applicants
Photocopy of bank Statement for principle applicant
Original copy experience certificate for principle applicant, it must be according to my guideline
Three copies of photo for each applicant
Photocopy of birth certificate of relative in Canada, if you have one
Original FBI finger print only from USA.
